Shipping Information:
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends/holidays not ship until the next normal working day. We will inform you of any delays.
We typically ship via FedEx. We may also chose to use UPS or the US Postal Service. We will email you a tracking number once the shipping label has been created (EXCEPTION: there is NO tracking available with First Class Mail). It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. We are located in North Carolina in the US Eastern Time Zone.
Cut off time for Express orders (Air Orders): Carriers: UPS 12:00PM, FedEx 2:00PM. Express Orders for instock items must be received prior to cut off time for same day shipping.
We reserve the right to switch carriers between Fedex and UPS as long as the delivery times are the same. We will not charge you a different amount for shipping due to switching carriers. You will be billed the amount shown on your shipping preference. If you insist on using specifically Fedex or UPS for domestic shipments, please state in the customer comments section at checkout "do not change carrier"
While we utilize the best possible methods for estimating shipping. In extreme situations we may contact you if your item requires special handling or shipping fees. This is very true for express shipping (next day, 2nd day air). Large over sized items may not be computed correctly. Carpet, rub rail, and many others are estimated and may change. The system could under or over estimate such charges. Please keep in mind nothing is finalized until we review the order and process it. Should you have concerns please email us or add a note to the order and we will investigate before processing the order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you enter an incorrect address for shipping, the carrier will charge a correction fee. We reserve the right to charge that fee back to your billing information. (example your address is 145 S Street, and you entered 154 S Street, or any combination of errors, zip, street, direction etc) Please note this fee will occur after you receive the item, we will email you a notice in advance of charging if you with to protest it with the carrier.
BILLING ADDRESS: We require a valid billing address which is linked to the credit card so we can perform address verification service (AVS). We will not ship an order in which the AVS does not match or is not offered. All U.S. Issued credit and debit cards support AVS.
CLEANING SUPPLIES (LIQUIDS AND AEROSOL CANS) - These items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service. They can only be shipped via UPS/FedEX.Some items are ground shipped only. Boat Covers ship via UPS Ground from manufacture for all custom orders.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. :
We are pleased to announce that our web store is now able to accept and process INTERNATIONAL orders. International orders are prepaid on the web store in US dollars using Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal. Bank wire transfers are also accepted - please contact us for details if you wish to use a money wire transfer. If for some reason you encounter a problem placing an order from outside the US, please contact us for assistance. For international orders there are a few limits on what items can ship. Large over-sized items may not be available for shipping.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE COMPUTED OFF-LINE! We will contact you back with shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Liquid or pressurized items (cleaning supplies for example) cannot be shipped outside the US and Canada due to restrictions on air shipments . Please keep in mind nothing is finalized until we review the order and process it. Should you have concerns please email us or add a note to the order and we will investigate before processing the order. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items, sizes of shipments, and total dollar amounts for international orders.
